Ted Olson introduces Fox News to rational thinking.

Chris Wallace's Sunday morning memo clearly mandated hitting Olson hard over two slipshod GOP/Fox talking points regarding the Prop 8 decision in California:

1 - how can you overturn the vote of 7 million Californians?
2 - is this not judicial activism?

Poor Wallace. Poor Fox News. Olson (complete with Justin Bieber hair) makes a razor sharp case for same-sex marriage under the 14th amendment. An absolute dismantling of any conservative talking point rendering Wallace in awe (and in a state of man-crush by the end of the lesson). And all against the backdrop of the 14th - a legacy GOP achievement as noted on their own website.

The problem with conservative rationale is that ultimately you will have to make your case by constructing a coherent argument in front of a judge. It comes as no surprise that within a week of each other Prop 8 and AB1070, Arizona's shifty racist immigration remediation attempt, were effectively castrated.

......and of course....Maximus caps the interview...
